Hood to be 3 piece with dtm foot stitching and navy contrast elastic shock cord drawcord.

Shock cord to have navy adjuster.
Front zip is dtm navy coated zip with 8 gauge with gunmetal zip teeth
Zip puller is branded in gunmetal.
To have chest flap and pocket detail with double poppers with footstitching across chest cutline.
Side patch pockets to have dtm navy coated zips with gunmetal teeth and branded zip pullers

To have long sleeves with a 4cm wide elasticated hem at cuff opening.
Side vertical zip pocket openings to be 16cm .
Base of pocket to be 5cm above hem. Cutline to be twin needle stitched
To have tunnel hem with navy shock cord and navy toggle fastening on inside of C/F hem

Back

Body to have 2 horizontal seams with foot stitch .
All back panels to be plain , no pin punch
Sleeves to have two horizontal cutlines aligned with body cutlines as sample, foot stitched.

Inside:

Body and hood is lined with fine mesh navy airtex

Sleeves is lined with polyester 210T in DTM navy color
Inside back neck hanger loop in body fabric

Flat packed garments will be individually sealed in ploy-bags.

Garments will be carefully folded to avoid creasing

Tissue paper will be used between the folds of the garment

For certain fabrics, a cardboard backing may be specified to reduce creasing

All metal studs, buttons and buckles will be covered by tissue-paper

A silica gel sachet will be added to the poly-bag to prevent mildew and bad odours for imported merchandise only.

Cartons must include a loose cardboard base and lid

Cartons size will be adjusted according to the garment size.
