Description
Collar:
To have a 4cm mandarin collar with antique brass branded popper with edge stitching around.
CF:
Center front zip to be 5 guage antique brass plastich zip with
metal branded puller. Zip to start at bottom of collar stand and
run down to bottom hem.
C/F to be twin needle stitch at both sides.
Shoulder:
Shoulder have cutline and epaulets as per CAD.
Shoulder panel and epaulets to have edge stitch and with branded
popper on epaulets as per CAD.
Body:
To have quilting patch under the shoulder cutline and the quilting
diamond size is 2.5 x 2.5cm .
The patch with edge stitching.
Lower side pockets to be inserted as per CAD. To have vertical welt
pocket opening with concealed
popper.
Pocket welts to be 15cm long x 2cm wide with edge stitching around
outside.
To have a separate 4.5cm wide waistband with edge sitching at both
sides at top and bottom.
Sleeves:
Long sleeves to have vertical cutline on front and back as per CAD.
lengthen from shoulder cutlines at front and back. Seam to be edge
stitched.
To have diamond quilting at underarm of front sleeve as per CAD.
To have cutline and stiching underarm without stitching.
Sleeves to have 2cm edge stitching at cuff opening.
Back:
no cutline and stitching.
Inside:
To have navy printed 210T lining on body and DTM 210T on sleeve.
To have half moon patch at inside back neck.
Branding:
Levis main label at inside back neck and size label in collar seam.
