Production Specification

Description

Front:

Style is a pull on jegging.
The front waistband is to be flat and the back is to be elasticated.
The shank button is to be non functional.
The style will therefore get a mock j stich.
The waistband depth is to be 2.5cm. The bottom of the waistband is to be twin needled.
Please see the attached construction of the tickey pocket and the belt loops.
The belt loops are to be in line with the pocket edge.
Refer to the image for both the wash.
Front leg is to have blasting and whiskering as per image.
Front pocket to be functional.
The pocket mouth is to have twin needling and EC branded rivets.
The corners of the front pockets are to have kimbal creasing.
The edge of the top of the waistband, the edges of the belt loops, pocket mouth, inleg seam is to be bleached.

Stay stitch on the side seam is to be twin needled.
To have unpicked hem

To have denim patch on the RSW front leg, and rip and repair on LSW front knee.

Back:
Style to get belt loop at the side seams and a two belt loops crossed at center back.
Please follow the attached image for the back pocket shape.
LHW back pocket is to get the EC embroidery. See attached artwork. Colour must be white.
Back yoke is to be twin needled and v-shaped.
Garment to get the attached PU label, ensure it is stiched all the way round with DTM thread.

Inside:

Please ensure that the seams are finished off neatly.

To have beige and grey thread stitching

All hardware to be brushed sliver color.
