Styling Details
Front:
- collar to be funnel neck, 4cm wide with a 2cm wide DTM navy suede
strip through the center.
- collar to have a single gun metal popper button closure at CF -
branded.
- shoulder panel to have vertical stitch detail, 2cm apart using
thicker top stitch thread.
- front shoulder to have a filled piping insert in body fabric.
- front body to have a zip closure in antique nickel zip with
STUDIO branded gun metal zip puller. #5 zip to be used.
- zip to be concealed.
- front chest to have a diagonal cutline from mid arm hole to CF
zip, finished with a twin needle stitch.
- front chest to have a 2cm wide DTM navy suede strip placed below
chest cutline as per CAD.
- front chest zips to be placed in the same diagonal line as the
chest cutline, #5 CF zip to be used.
- front chest zips to have a gun metal unbranded rivet on the outer
edge of the zip.
- front chest - below zips - to have a laid on suedette strip
running from the lower armhole towards the CF zip and curving down
toward the bottom hem - as per CAD.
- front sides to have princess cutlines, finished with a twin
needle stitch.
- side panels to be in DTM Navy pin punch PU.
- princess cut lines to have welt pockets inserted into the cutline
- welt pocket to be curved on the edge as per CAD.
- welt to be in DTM navy suede.
- front body at waist line to have a cutline with filled piping
inserted, starting at side seam and running towards the CF zip and
then curving down towards the bottom welt, finished with an edge
stitch. filled piping to be in navy suede.
- bottom welt to be 6cm wide, finished with a twin needle stitch on
the top edge and a foot stitch on the bottom edge.
- top of sleeve to have stitch detail (2cm apart) and should run
down to mid bicep.
- stitch detail on top of sleeve to have piping detail around the
edge
- front of sleeve to have a 2cm wide suede strip from mid armhole
to cuff.
- 2 piece long sleeve with 6cm wide cuff.
- cuff to be finished with a twin needle stitch on the top edge and
a foot stitch on the bottom edge.
Back:
- back shoulder to have stitch detail as per CAD, with a filled
piping inserted into the back edge of the shoulder panel
- back yoke to be in pin punch fabric.
- back yoke seam to have 2 rows of suede strips as per CAD (2cm
wide each) - please align these strips with the front suede strips
on the chest.
- back to have a vertical cutline seam, running from the back yoke
down to the bottom hem, finished with a twin needle stitch.
- back princess cut lines, finished with a foot stitch as per CAD.
- back of sleeve to have a 2cm wide suede strip running from mid
armhole to cuff.
- sleeve cuff at back to have #3 gun metal zips with gusset detail.
Inside:
- inside body lining to be in navy and white printed dot lining .
- inside piping to be in white piping.
- Inside LHSW to have a welt pocket in body fabric.
