Styling Details
Front:
FRONT:
To have 4.5 cm wide stand up collar with twin needle stitching at
top and edge stitching at bottom seam.
Collar to have a separate 2.5cm wide extended tab fastening with
stud fastening, with edge stitching.
Center front zip to be 5 guage metal zip with only zip teeth
exposed. Zip to start at top of collar stand and run down to bottom
hem.
To have 5mm wide flat piping on either side of zip edge stitched as
sample.
Shoulder panel shape and position to be as sample with 6 rows of
evenly spaced vertical stitching with padding beneath.
Shoulder panel to be inserted and twin needle stitched at front and
back.
To have mirror matching concealed chest pockets with horizontal zip
closure
Please change pockets to be horizontal and level at the top
Pocket dimensions to be 13cm across x 12.5cm down.
Position to be16cm below hsp. and 4cm from C/F.
All zips to be 5guage antique nickle with DH branded zip pullers.
All pockets to be stitched with a raised piped 2 needle stitch 5mm
apart as sample.
Pocket zip to be 11cm long and inserted as per sample with a cover
at inner edge.
Bottom zip pocketsshape and position to be as sample with slanted
zip opening.
Pocket bag to be 4cm above separate hem and 3cm from C/F
BODY:
To have curved princess lines from under armhole, twin needle
stitched as sample.
To have a 4.5 cm wide separate hem with twin needle stitch at top
and bottom edge as sample.
SLEEVES:
Sleeves to have inserted quilted panel at top over mid sleeve
extending 18cm down sleeve and 10cm across as sample with evenly
spaced stitching as sample. Quilt inserted panel to be twin needle
stitched.
Sleeves to have a separate 4.5cm wide cuff twin needle stitched at
top and bottom edge.
Back:
To be as per sample with princess shaping cutlines, twin needle
stitched.
To have a horizontal cutline across back16cm above separate hem
band.
To have mirror matching 3cm wide x 10.5cm long v- tab fastenings
from side seam on separate hem band. Tab to be twin
needle stitched with DH branded stud fastening and double stud
position
Sleeves:
To have a two piece sleeve with seam at back of sleeve, twin needle
stitched as sample.
Remove zip at gauntlet and keep separate v-tab fastening with DH
branded stud fastening.
V-tab to be 4cm wide x 6.5cm long as sample with twin needle
stitching. Gauntlet to be 10cm long concealed below sleeve seam
with a self fabric gusset as per sample.
Inside:
Body To be fully quilted with diamond quilting. Please split the
lining with navy poly twill quilt lining on bottom half and indigo
chambray diamond quilt on top half. Bottom half to extend up 26cm
with a 5cm wide unquilted body fabric inset across center and
indigo chambray quilted lining on top half.
Sleeves to be quilted in navy poly twill lining.
To have medium weight filler thoughout body and sleeves.
To have self fabric portrait patch with loop detail at center back
with small rivet on either side of loop
